Problem
Republish ticket panels when their live Discord snapshot no longer matches saved options.
Start at Ticket Panels > Ticket Panels > Publish.
Common causes
- Saved panel options changed after the Discord snapshot was published.
- The published Discord message or channel was deleted.
- The bot lost access to the publication channel.
- Discord rejected the current message payload.
Checks

Open the panel and inspect the Published, stale, broken, or needs-repair state.

Use the publication check to confirm the live message and channel.

Verify View Channel, Send Messages, Embed Links, and interaction access.

Save the panel first.

Choose Update or Republish for a stale snapshot, Move for a new destination, or Unpublish when removing it intentionally.

Repair the channel/permission problem and publish again.
