Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AioBot Discord bot, website, dashboard, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By inviting AioBot, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use AioBot for an organization or Discord server, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements and any higher minimum age required in your country. You are responsible for your Discord account and for activity performed through your authenticated dashboard session.

Do not share bot tokens, account credentials, or dashboard access. Notify AioBot support if you believe access to your server configuration has been compromised.

AioBot provides server-management features such as moderation, ticketing, vouches, embeds, welcome messages, invite tracking, giveaways, logs, and scheduled automation. Features may require specific Discord permissions to operate.

You are responsible for reviewing your configuration, assigning only necessary permissions, informing server members about automated moderation or data collection where required, and ensuring your use complies with applicable law and Discord's rules.

You may not use the Service to violate law, Discord policies, or another person's rights; distribute malware or phishing content; harass or exploit others; evade platform enforcement; send unlawful spam; interfere with the Service; probe for vulnerabilities without permission; or access servers or data you are not authorized to manage.

You may not use AioBot to collect sensitive personal information through tickets, forms, logs, or messages unless you have a lawful basis and provide any required notices.

You retain ownership of content and configuration you submit. You grant AioBot a limited license to process, store, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary for content you submit, including embed images, automated messages, ticket content, giveaway deliverables, and moderation rules.

Moderation filters and automated actions can produce false positives or fail when Discord permissions, APIs, or third-party services are unavailable. Server administrators remain responsible for reviewing logs, testing configurations, handling appeals, and deciding whether warnings, timeouts, kicks, bans, message deletion, or other actions are appropriate.

We may update, add, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or compatibility with Discord. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Discord, Supabase, Vercel, network providers, and other dependencies may affect the Service.

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, respond to legal requirements, prevent abuse, or address a material violation of these terms. You may stop using AioBot at any time by removing the bot from your server and contacting support regarding deletion of stored data.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. AioBot does not promise that every filter, schedule, restore, transcript, giveaway, invite attribution, or automated action will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AioBot and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, reputation, or access arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may revise these terms as AioBot changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Material changes may be announced through the website or community server. Continuing to use the Service after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
