How AioBot works
AioBot is a hosting and configuration platform for Discord bots. AioBot is not itself a public Discord bot that you invite from a bot listing. Instead, you create or bring a Discord application that you own, connect it to AioBot through the platform's bot connection flow, and AioBot hosts and operates that bot for you around the clock. You configure its features — moderation, ticketing, automation, verification, music, embeds, giveaways, logging, analytics, commerce, and more — from the AioBot dashboard.
The Discord application remains yours: it is created in your Discord Developer Portal, stays under your Discord account, and can be disconnected at any time. AioBot operates it on your behalf according to the configuration you choose.
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AioBot website, dashboard, hosting infrastructure, APIs, Commerce tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an AioBot account, connecting a bot, subscribing to Premium, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for an organization or Discord server, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
Eligibility and accounts
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements and any higher minimum age required in your country. You sign in with Discord, and you are responsible for your Discord account, for the applications you own, and for all activity performed through your authenticated dashboard session.
Do not share your Discord credentials or dashboard access with others. Access to a server's configuration is limited to accounts that Discord reports as owners or managers of that server.
Bot connections and credentials
To host a bot, AioBot needs the token of the Discord application you want it to operate. Bot tokens are credentials with full control over a bot account — treat them like passwords.
Submit tokens only through AioBot's designated bot connection flow in the dashboard. Tokens submitted there are encrypted before storage, used solely to run and authenticate your bot, and intentionally never displayed again afterwards. Never send bot tokens, passwords, payment-card details, or other secrets through tickets, forms, messages, support conversations, or any other channel — AioBot staff will never ask for them there.
You are responsible for the Discord applications you connect, including keeping your Developer Portal settings, intents, and permissions consistent with the features you enable. If a token is compromised, reset it in the Discord Developer Portal and reconnect through the dashboard, and contact AioBot support if you suspect misuse.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Plans and billing. Premium is offered as monthly and yearly subscriptions, billed through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled, and renewals are charged to the payment method Stripe keeps on file.
Free trials. A 7-day free trial may be offered on the monthly plan to eligible accounts that have not used one before. A payment method is required when a trial starts. If you do not want to be charged, cancel before the trial ends; otherwise the subscription converts to a paid monthly plan that renews automatically.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your Premium management page. Cancellation stops future renewals; Premium remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account returns to the Free plan.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Premium features are paused until payment succeeds. Stripe may retry the charge, and the dashboard will show a payment-issue state so you can update your payment method.
Server slots and entitlements. Every account can connect a base number of servers (one today). Each purchased Premium entitlement adds server slots to that capacity and applies Premium features to one server you assign it to. Assignments and capacity are always shown in the dashboard. Downgrading or losing an entitlement reduces capacity and Premium features accordingly; a server that no longer fits may need to be disconnected.
Refunds and disputes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, so paid periods are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or granted at AioBot's discretion. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact AioBot support before opening a payment dispute so we can try to resolve it directly.
Price changes. If plan pricing changes, the new price applies from your next renewal, and you will be able to see current pricing before being charged. Material changes to what a plan includes will be communicated in advance.
Taxes. Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location, as shown at checkout. Stripe, our payment processor, may handle applicable tax amounts.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law, Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or another person's rights; distribute malware or phishing content; harass, threaten, or exploit others; sexualize minors; evade platform enforcement or bans; send unlawful spam; infringe intellectual property; interfere with or overload the Service; probe for vulnerabilities without permission; bypass rate limits or entitlement restrictions; or access servers, applications, or data you are not authorized to manage.
You may not use AioBot to collect sensitive personal information — such as government identifiers, financial account details, or health data — through tickets, forms, logs, or messages unless you have a lawful basis, provide any required notices, and protect that information appropriately.
You may not resell, sublicense, or commercialize access to the Service itself. Commerce features (see below) relate to goods and services you sell through your own bot and commerce provider, not to reselling AioBot.
Commerce, integrations, and third-party services
AioBot Commerce lets you present and manage products, orders, customers, invoices, webhooks, and related records through your own bot, and to integrate third-party commerce providers such as SellAuth. When you connect an external provider, that provider remains the source of truth for pricing, stock, payments, and fulfilment; AioBot displays and synchronizes what the provider reports.
You are the seller of anything you offer through your bot. You are solely responsible for your products and their legality, accurate product descriptions, taxes, consumer-protection obligations, order fulfilment, refunds for your customers, and any disputes with your buyers. AioBot is not a party to sales between you and your customers and is not the merchant of record for your store's transactions.
Integration credentials you submit — such as a provider API key — are submitted through the designated connection flows, encrypted before storage, and used only to provide the integration. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies that also apply to your use of them.
Server members and your responsibilities
As the server owner or administrator, you are responsible for how your bot is configured and what it does in your community — including the automated moderation rules you set, the information you collect through tickets, intake forms, giveaways, or vouches, and any notices your members may require under applicable law.
You are responsible for using configuration tools correctly, assigning only necessary Discord permissions, keeping member-facing notices accurate, and handling appeals and member requests that reach you first.
Your content and configuration
You retain ownership of the content and configuration you submit — messages, embeds, filters, templates, panel designs, products, and rules. You grant AioBot a limited license to process, store, reproduce, and transmit that content solely as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary for the content you submit and for the Discord servers and applications you manage, including embed images, automated message content, ticket content, giveaway deliverables, and commerce listings.
Automated actions are not perfect
Automated moderation filters, anti-raid tools, auto-roles, schedules, and similar features operate on imperfect information and can produce false positives, false negatives, or incorrect actions — especially when Discord permissions change, messages are formatted unusually, or third-party APIs are unavailable. Server administrators remain responsible for reviewing logs, testing configurations, handling appeals, and deciding which automated actions to enable. Do not enable destructive automations you are not prepared to review.
Availability and third-party services
AioBot is designed to keep your bot online around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The Service depends on third parties — including Discord, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, and network and infrastructure providers — whose outages, changes, rate limits, or enforcement actions can affect features, hosting, billing, or delivery. We may update, add, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or compatibility.
Intellectual property
AioBot, the Service, and all software, designs, branding, and materials in them are owned by AioBot's operator and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these terms, nothing transfers to you. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service itself.
Your Discord applications, configurations, and content remain yours as described above. Discord's name, platform, and assets belong to Discord Inc.; AioBot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.
Suspension, termination, and your data
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access — including disconnecting a hosted bot — when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, respond to legal requirements, prevent ongoing abuse, or address a material violation of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will tell you why. If your subscription is terminated for a material violation without a refund obligation arising, you remain responsible for charges already incurred.
You may stop using the Service at any time: disconnect your bot in the dashboard (or reset its token in the Discord Developer Portal, which disconnects it), cancel any subscription, and request deletion of stored data by contacting support. After disconnection, the hosted bot stops operating and its configuration is retained for a reasonable window in case you reconnect, after which it is removed in line with the Privacy Policy. Billing records are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. AioBot does not promise that every filter, schedule, transcript, restore, giveaway, invite attribution, delivery, or automated action will be error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AioBot and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, goodwill, or access arising from your use of the Service — including actions taken by your bot under your configuration, or events in third-party services. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, and you may have statutory rights that these terms cannot override.
Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at AioBot's principal place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected. Before starting a formal dispute — including a payment dispute with Stripe or your card issuer — please contact AioBot support so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. We may attempt informal resolution first and both sides should act in good faith.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the Service, our providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date below identifies the latest version. Material changes will be announced through the website, the dashboard, or the community server in advance where practical. Continuing to use the Service after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms; if you do not agree, discontinue use and cancel any subscription.
