Configure the individual support paths shown on a ticket panel.
Before you begin
- A saved ticket panel.
- Support, observer, allowed, and blocked roles below the bot's highest role.
- Open, claimed, and closed categories if the workflow uses them.
Configure it

Open a panel and add or select an option.

Set its internal name, public name, button label, description, emoji, and button color.

Choose channel routing, access roles, questions, limits, claiming, close behavior, and opening message.

Save the panel, then publish or update its Discord message.

| Questions | Up to five questions with label, variable key, placeholder, short or paragraph style, minimum and maximum length, and Required before ticket creation. |
| Limits | Max open per member, Server-wide open limit, Cooldown in seconds, One open per option, and One open across panel. |
| Claiming | Enable claiming, Support roles only, Administrator override, Claimer-only unclaim, and Allow transfer. |
| Opening message | Build the message shown inside the new ticket and use form variables such as {form.order_id}. |
| Description limit | Free supports 500 characters per option; Premium supports the current 1,000-character technical limit. |
Verify it is working
- Open the published panel as an eligible member.
- Confirm the new ticket is routed to the intended category and roles.
- Confirm required questions and duplicate-ticket limits behave as configured.
