Panels and options
A panel is the public Discord message members use to start support. Each panel can show buttons or a dropdown, and each option controls how its ticket opens, who can access it, and how it closes.
Create and publish a panel
- 1
Open Ticket Panels > Ticket Panels.
- 2
Create a panel, choose buttons or dropdown, and design its message.
- 3
Add at least one ticket option and configure the destination category and support roles.
- 4
Save, then publish the panel message to Discord.
