What Auto Messages does
Auto Messages sends a plain message, embed, or Components V2 message once at a chosen time or repeatedly on an interval. It can replace its previous sent message instead of adding another copy.
Create an Auto Message

Open Automation > Auto Messages.

Create a message and select the target channel.

Choose plain text, embed, or Components V2 content.

Choose a one-time or repeating schedule, set the time zone and start time, then save.
Schedule reference

| Name | Identifies the schedule in the dashboard. |
| Discord channel | Destination where the bot needs View Channel and Send Messages. |
| Enable after saving | Paused schedules stay saved but never send. |
| Schedule type | Runs once or repeats on an interval. |
| First send | Local date and time for the first delivery. |
| Time zone | Interprets First send and future recurrence. |
| Interval value / unit | Sets the delay for a repeating message. |
| Replace Previous Message | Replaces the prior scheduled post instead of leaving another copy. Test sends are never removed. |
| Message type | Plain text, Embed, or Premium Components V2. |
| Embed | Author, title/link, description, accent, timestamp, image, thumbnail, footer/icon, and up to 25 fields. |
| Save | Creates the schedule or stores changes. |
| Send test | Sends a test without altering the scheduled message or its replacement history. |
