Start at The affected feature page > usage indicator.
Common causes
- The Free server already has the maximum active or saved items.
- Premium expired or is assigned elsewhere.
- An older over-limit configuration is grandfathered but cannot grow.

Read the feature's current usage and limit.

Count only the state named by the limit, such as active Commerce products.

Check Premium assignment for this server.

Archive, disable, or remove an unused item when that feature supports it.

Assign an eligible Premium entitlement to this server.

Do not expect an over-limit configuration to be deleted automatically; the source blocks growth instead.
