Current behavior
Monthly and yearly Premium renew through Stripe until canceled. Prices are shown at checkout. The seven-day trial applies only to the monthly plan for an eligible account that has not used one, and a payment method is required.
Cancel before an eligible trial ends to avoid the first charge. Canceling a paid plan stops future renewal while Premium stays active through the paid period. A failed renewal can pause Premium until payment is corrected.

What to do
- 1
Choose Monthly or Yearly on the Premium page.
- 2
Review the exact checkout amount and trial wording before submitting payment details.
- 3
After checkout, open Manage Premium and assign the entitlement to one eligible server.
- 4
Use Manage Premium for billing status or cancellation; do not remove a bot connection as a billing workaround.
