Configure access and presentation for recently deleted messages.
Before you begin
- Message Content Intent.
- View Channel and Read Message History in channels where /snipe is used.
- Premium for Components V2 presentation.
Configure it

Enable Snipe and choose Default Embed, Custom Embed, or Premium Components V2.

Choose who may use /snipe.

For Custom Embed, configure placeholders, content, fields, images, footer, and timestamp.

Save, delete a harmless test message while the bot is online, and run /snipe in that channel.
Settings reference
| Setting | What it does |

| Presentation | Default Embed uses AioBot's safe layout; Custom Embed exposes message fields; Components V2 requires Premium. |
| Access | Choose the access mode surfaced by the page, including Everyone when any member may reveal the latest deletion. |
| Dynamic placeholders | Insert the deleted-message author, content, channel, and deletion data offered by the editor. |
| Custom Embed | Title, Title URL, Description, Accent color, Author name/icon, Footer/icon, thumbnail/image controls, and Show deletion timestamp. |
| Fields | Add up to 25 fields with name, value, and Inline field. |
| Retention | Deleted messages expire after 24 hours and are isolated by server and channel. |
| Offline limitation | A message deleted while the bot was offline or not cached cannot be recovered. |
Verify it is working
- Delete a non-sensitive test message while the bot is online.
- Run /snipe in the same channel with an allowed account.
- Confirm the message expires or becomes unavailable according to the 24-hour retention rule.
