Settings reference
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Overview metrics | Summarizes retained server activity and feature records. |
| Historical records | Filters and paginates allowlisted records with member identity and timestamps. |
| Bot runtime | Shows application ID, connection status, heartbeat, connected time, reconnect attempts, and safe recent runtime events. |
| Clear Analytics & History | Permanently deletes only the selected allowlisted historical categories after typed confirmation. |
| Protected data | Bot connection, hosting, Premium, panels, settings, and active automations are structurally excluded from history clearing. |
| Privacy | Private stack traces and credentials are never shown in the runtime view. |
Verify it is working
- Change a filter and confirm the count and page update.
- Compare one recent event with the originating AioBot action.
- Do not test permanent clearing on production data; confirm the selected-record estimate and protected-data notice instead.
