Problem
Use connection diagnostics when Discord commands are unavailable.
Start at Workspace > Bot Connection.
Common causes
- The bot is offline or not installed in the selected server.
- The connection handshake failed because of token or intent errors.
- The selected command is disabled in Command Center or SellAuth Commands.
- Discord command registration has not completed after a configuration change.
Checks

Confirm Bot Connection reports online and installed.

Run connection diagnostics and repair token, intent, or permission results.

Open the relevant command editor and confirm Enable command is saved.

For SellAuth, confirm the optional extension is installed and the shop capability is available.

Enable and save the intended command.

Wait for Discord's registration update, then retry in the selected server.
