Create products, variants, inventory rules, and delivery settings.
Before you begin
- Commerce enabled for the server.
- A supported payment or provider flow before activating a sellable product.
- Free supports up to five active native products; drafts do not consume the active-product limit.
Use this page

Create a draft product and complete General, Variants, Delivery, Access, Presentation, and Advanced tabs.

Use Save draft while incomplete or Save and activate when readiness checks pass.

Preview the Discord storefront result.
- 4
Manage, duplicate, archive, or permanently delete only when the available action matches the product history.

| Product name / Command slug | Name is shown to customers; slug is used by /product and /purchase. |
| Description / media / category | Description, Product image URL, Thumbnail URL, and Category define catalogue presentation. |
| What are you selling? | Choose the product-level fulfillment model; variants inherit the matching delivery tools. |
| Variants enabled | Creates customer-selectable offers, each with name, slug, description, price, compare-at price, status, order, badge, image, quantity, duration, stock, and delivery controls. |
| Price / Currency | Sets the single-offer amount and three-letter currency when variants are off. |
| Minimum / Maximum quantity | Restricts quantity per purchase. |
| Serial-key inventory | Add appends new keys; Update replaces current unused inventory. Existing plaintext keys are never returned to the browser. |
| Automatic delivery message | Unlimited digital fulfillment message sent after confirmed payment. |
| Product status | Draft, active, out of stock, or archived lifecycle state as supported by the editor. |
| Visible in /products | Controls storefront listing; hidden products remain manageable by staff. |
| Purchasing enabled | Allows the product in Discord commerce commands. |
| Required / Excluded roles | Requires at least one allowed role and denies any blocked role. |
| Purchase channels | Empty permits any channel; otherwise purchases are limited to selected channels. |
| Checkout and receipt | Delivery title, Footer, Accent color, Purchase button label, and Maximum purchases per customer. |
| Duplicate | Creates a draft copy with a new slug and Copy name. |
| Archive / Delete | Archive retains the product record. Products with order history must be archived instead of permanently deleted. |
| SellAuth products | Provider-backed products keep SellAuth as the price, stock, and fulfillment authority while AioBot controls Discord visibility and presentation. |
Verify it is working
- Reload the product and confirm all tabs retain their values.
- Preview and run /product for an allowed test account.
- Complete a test-mode checkout and confirm inventory and delivery update once.
