Send configurable welcome and goodbye messages when members join or leave.
Before you begin
- A public text channel with View Channel and Send Messages for public Welcome or Goodbye.
- Server Members Intent so join and leave events are received.
- Premium for welcome cards, private welcome messages, or Components V2.
Configure it

Turn on Module active.
- 2
Open Welcome messages, Private welcome messages, or Goodbye messages and enable each section you need.

Choose the required public channel, message format, content, and preview settings.

Save settings and test with a controlled member join or leave.
Settings reference
| Setting | What it does |

| Welcome messages | Public channel greeting with its own enable switch, Welcome channel, text, Embed, or Premium Components V2 message. |
| Welcome card | Premium generated card with Background image, Background color, Text color, Card font (Modern, Friendly, Classic, or Mono), Overlay, Title, and Subtitle. |
| Private welcome messages | Premium direct message sent on join, using text, Embed, or Components V2. |
| Goodbye messages | Public farewell with its own enable switch, Goodbye channel, and message format. |
| Message | Plain content up to 2,000 characters. |
| Embed | Title, Title URL, Description, Accent color, Author name/URL/icon, Footer text/icon, thumbnail, image, timestamp, and fields. |
| Placeholders | {user}, {username}, {server}, {server_name}, {member_count}, and {user_avatar}. The avatar placeholder is supported in author and footer icons. |
| Preview | Shows the current public, private, card, Embed, or Components V2 result; there is no test-send button on this page. |
| Master switch | An enabled section will not run while Module active is off. Enabling a section locally can also turn on the master draft; save to apply it. |
| Free fallback | Public welcome and goodbye remain available. The API turns off legacy Premium-only private welcome settings for Free servers. |
Verify it is working
- Reload and confirm Module active and each section switch.
- Join with a test account and check the public message, optional DM, and card.
- Remove the test account and confirm Goodbye posts only in its selected channel.
