Your bot profile
Bot Customization controls the presentation of the connected bot in the selected server. The dashboard lets you update profile information, a server nickname, status, and activity settings.
Customize your bot

Open Workspace > Bot Customization.

Set the profile image and server nickname you want Discord to show.

Choose an online status.

Configure activities if your plan includes them, then save your changes.
Profile settings
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Bot username | Global Discord bot username, up to 32 characters. Availability depends on the current profile permission. |
| Avatar | Global bot image with crop, zoom, horizontal position, and vertical position controls. |
| Server nickname | Server-specific display name up to 32 characters; requires permission to manage the bot nickname. |
| Bot status | Online, idle, do not disturb, or invisible and available on every plan. |
| Activities | Premium queue of up to 20 Playing, Streaming, Listening, Watching, Competing, or Custom entries. |
| Activity text / Secondary text | Each supports up to 128 characters; Custom uses the main text directly as its status. |
| Streaming URL | Required for Streaming and accepts the supported Twitch or YouTube URL shapes. |
| {botName} | Supported in activity text. Presence is global, so server-specific variables are intentionally unavailable. |
| Activity rotation | Premium interval-based cycling and requires at least two activities. |
| Global confirmation | Username, avatar, and presence affect every server where the bot is installed; Discord may enforce a profile-update cooldown. |
| Repair permissions | Bot Customization links to Bot Connection when the server nickname cannot be managed. |
